Lawson Plus was developed under the channel brand development project aimed at expanding Lawson convenience stores’ customer base to new types of customers. With the value offered by the brand determined as Yasashisa Plus (extra hospitality), the project strives to build life support stations offering new goods and services to support all aspects of daily life. Gramco offered support in research, conception, naming, and development of store design and operation guidelines.
