The Saitamaken Shinkin Bank (Saitama Prefecture's Credit Union) provides community-based financial services with a good customer base in Saitama Prefecture as their operating area. Their branding began in 2015 as part of a project to consider various measures toward their 70th anniversary (February 2018). Over the course of two years, Gramco developed the brand concept, VI renewal, and brand style to solve various communication issues that emerged from research. As a “Mega Credit Union” with scale on par with major international banks and community relations unique to Shinkin, they take a step forward collectively into their 71st year to carry out their brand vision as “the bank that moves.”
